Poem #53 Tender Queen Spin

Opiate envy melodies of that numberless summer
Vintage tasting of warm south
Blushful purple stained lips
Drink dissolve in silent words forgotten
Because though has never known
Where  youth shakes trees
To make the apples fall
Beauty, love, tomorrow pined
To hide behind those dark painted curtains for eyes
Charioted on the viewless dull brain
Tender queen spin around where there is no light
To save her from your ways steel the flower
darkness a blanket to listen to silent
half love mused rhyme an ecstasy thou sing
no hungry days, only sad heart tears charmed
it was so large then like a bell
a tune longed forgotten by a stream that did end
do I wake or sleep to know this pleasure
silent sweetly haunted legend of men gods.
secrets sung into awakened eyes
thoughtlessly fair creatures
a few words misguided
to fall and give to the winged boy
a message not untrue
loveliest hierarchy
no, no oracle
 no oracle
O brightest too late to catch
The silent maiden
Thy voice a lute does so quickly spread
And build the frame of mind
That antiquity longs to have forgotten
Wretched one without a name
fancy never bread to joy dressed to darker days
youth is ages misgiving, a quite long hope

for wisdom that never spoke.
